An Obvious Combination (See Jane Wear)

Madewell shirt (on sale!), thrifted skirt (similar) + clutch (similar), Zara heels (similar), Karen Walker sunglasses
Sometimes I get in such ruts with pieces in my closet that I ignore the most obvious combinations.  This outfit isn't thrilling nor is it groundbreaking, but it works and I'm a little embarrassed that it took me accidentally pulling this skirt (I was reaching for shorts) to discover it.  I'm not a big 'thrifter' (in fact, these may be the only two pieces I own) but I've had this midi-skirt and red, envelope clutch for a couple years now and they've become staples in my closet (and combined, cost less than dinner--I love that!).

This outfit is perfect - i love every single piece in it! The fact that some items were thrifted and therefor didn't cost much, makes it all even better! ;) x

I love the simplicity of this outfit. Skirts are great for summer and fall. The flowiness and openness makes it very comfortable to wear. Love your blog and would love to have you share your outfits on myStorey. You post your "storey", you tag, you share, you earn $. Easy as 1,2,3!
