White Short Suit (See Jane Wear)

Zara jacket (old, last seen here), J Crew sweatshirt, Anthropologie shorts (old but similar), Zara heels (similar), 3.1 Phillip Lim bag, Super sunglasses
I love a good short suit but to be honest, they make no sense to me.  You can't really wear them in a corporate-type setting but they often appear too dressy for a casual workplace.  What a conundrum; good thing I never invested in one.  By pulling out older pieces in a similar color palette from my closet, I was able to achieve a similar look.  Now if only I still had those palazzo pants from grade school hiding in my closet...

  2. Great outfit, but I totally agree with you. I'd never wear a short suit to the office and for going out in the evenings I'd rather wear a cute dress or something casual. Ás you said, what a conundrum. ;)

  6. Completely agree with you about short suits - I have been creating my own too! Also, if I had your legs, I'm pretty sure I'd wear shorts every day :)

  11. I feel exactly the same way about short suits. Cute but I don't why or where you would wear one (except on a blog). I like your version better since it's not matchy.

  18. I agree re: the practicality of a shorts suit. My office's conservative dress code would never allow for shorts, no matter how chic.

But I do rock the shorts suit combo for dinner dates/drinks with the girls. :)

    Love the all-white look!
