Shift (See Jane Wear...In The Heat)

Parker dress, Super sunglassesDolce Vita sandals (old), Chloe bag (similar and less expensive!), Giles & Brother spike bracelet
During the summer, Chicago becomes a town of festivals.  They're fun and a huge part of this city's culture but they're also hot, crowded and you're  usually standing around all day in the direct sunlight.  On a day like Saturday, my solution is a shift dress--the less material that touches you, the better.

Also, thank you all SO much for the winery and food co-op suggestions!  I'm going to take note of all of them in the upcoming weeks and hope to check out everything (..someday).

  17. Great sandals! Dolce Vita is so clutch on summer sandals. Loving this blue on you, too. Great outfit -- I'm in Atlanta and I feel you on the heat! Definitely the lighter and less material, the better.
