It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year (See Jane Bargain)

Summer may be in full force to the average folk, but in the retail world, fall apparel is slowing starting to crowd the racks.  Soon enough, they’ll be cranking up the AC in Bloomingdales, so you can justify buying that new Vince sweater in late July (I’m onto you, retailers).  Try and resist the flawless styling of fall outfits until it really starts to get chilly (late September for the midwest and east coast, alike).  I know it’s difficult–trust me.  When I was living in NYC, I went on a cashmere sweater binge on Labor Day, only to find the sweaters were slightly marked down when I stared to actually wear them.

Take advantage of the summer sales as of late.  (Upwards of 70% off and beyond!)  Try to invest in pieces that you’ll not only wear the rest of the summer, but next year as well (ahem, bathing suits).  It’s like Christmas in July!

Like you need a reason for another LBD.

I can’t wait to wear this gauzy top, knotted, while walking around Rome next month.

$29 + 20% off = score of the summer.

Do you love summer sales as much as I do?
